USAGE
Organic Lavender essential oil from Chodouň
For physical and mental exhaustion, drop 5 drops into 1dl of cold or lukewarm water and drink. Relief will occur within an hour.

To help with headache or insomnia we recommend drinking 5 drops in 1dl of water and rubbing into the skin on the arteries of the inner hands and temples.
BIO peppermint essential oil
Are you troubled by indigestion, bad breath or gallbladder and stomach colic and pain? Drip the oil into your baths for quick but lasting relief.
A few drops in 1dl of water can be used for digestive pains and discomfort, diarrhea or constipation. It removes bad breath and stomach odour faster.
The oil is excellent for direct aromatherapy on the inner wrists and temples.
