Dosage
Take 1 teaspoon twice daily, before or with meals.
For everyday support of body, mind and soul 1–2 packs per year are sufficient.
In case of health issues(e.g. elevated cholesterol, liver steatosis, recovery after mononucleosis/hepatitis, digestive disorders) take 2 packs, then pause for 1 month. Continue with another 2 packs, then pause for 2 months.
If your condition improves, extend the intervals between treatment cycles.

Taste and use
The taste of the paste is naturally herbal, distinctive and specific – which is why many of you add it to yogurt, porridge or smoothies.
Stir the paste thoroughly before each use so that the ingredients combine well.
