Organic Raw hemp oil
In the morning, take 5 ml of Organic Raw hemp Oil on an empty stomach. Take another 5 ml in the evening.
Use during periods of physical and mental exhaustion, under long-term stress, or as part of a holistic body-care routine.
Morning – supporting focus and the nervous system
Organic green tea Chun Mee with Lavandula Bohemia
Prepare 2 teaspoons per 500 ml of water at approximately 75°C. The same leaves can be steeped up to 2 times.
Green Tea with Organic Lavandula Bohemia supports the nervous system, mental balance, and focus.
We recommend drinking this in the morning or before noon to ensure it does not interfere with your sleep in the evening.
Morning and midday – supporting the liver and digestion
Organic milk thistle paste with Lavandula Bohemia
Take 1 teaspoon in the morning with breakfast and the same dose at midday.
Milk Thistle Paste is used during times of liver strain, a weakened microbiome, or when the nervous system and brain need extra support.
Daily cleansing and skin protection

Gently lather the soap in your palms, lightly massage into the skin, then rinse and pat dry.
